Come join Ray & Tej for a drum circle with hypnotic breathwork!
This event is for all levels of experience, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned drummer, you’re welcome to join.
We’ll start with some breathing techniques to help us tune-in, relax, and connect with our bodies. Then, we’ll move on to drumming.
Ray will guide us as we play simple rhythms together and explore different ways to express ourselves through music.
This is a great opportunity to connect with other people, have some fun, and release some stress.
