She uses Vedic Astrology to design classes for the energetics of the day and incorporates the yogic techniques of mudras\, mantras\, breath work\, and meditation. Her teachings are rooted in brain science & biology which supports students in making lasting changes in their lives. \nAt the end of class\, you’ll experience live music by Ray Withers\, who has been a singer/songwriter since he was 16.
